What can you do?
The aims of Up 4 Mental Health are wide ranging and many and as such we can't do this alone. Therefore we are always welcome of help.
There are several ways you can help, take a look:
Challenge Yourself - A great way for you to get involved would be to take part in some form of challenge for us, whether a marathon, trek, cycle or more.
Fundraise - Fundraising always helps as it allows us to carry out our aims.
University Groups - Creating a university society is a great way to help, supporting yourself & fellow students during a stressful time. If interested just contact us & we'll support you every step.
Write For Us - We really want our supporters involved and want them to share their experiences, tips and stories surrounding mental health to others to learn from.
